Website Development & Design Services

Due to the custom nature of web development and design services:

Initial payments and deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refund requests submitted before project work begins may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Completed project phases are non-refundable.

Digital Marketing Services

Marketing services involve planning, strategy, and implementation efforts. Therefore:

Monthly service fees are non-refundable once services have started.
No refunds will be issued for completed campaigns or advertising expenses.

Graphic Design & Video Editing

Custom creative work requires dedicated time and resources. Refunds are generally not available once design or editing work has begun.

Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started:

Payments made for completed work stages will not be refunded.
Any remaining unpaid balance for completed work will remain due.
